create different portfolios to access data separately - internal view only

It would be good for us to be able to set different portfolios under our profile so we could easily select them and be able to retrieve all the information for a specific account, even if the customer did not subscribe Success Tracks. This would be internal only. For our guidance when maanging the accounts.
