The customer should be able to register for/request ATX / Accelerators that are not on their pitstop.

We offer appropriate Accelerators/ATX sessions based on the customer needs irrespective of their lifecycle stage.
But in the current implementation the customer at Adopt stage can only register for ATX sessions that are at Adopt stage and can only request Accelerators at Adopt Stage. The customer should be able to choose whichever they think is necessary for their adoption.
