CX Cloud Customer Feedback

We need notifications devices options available in unity connections in personal voicemail and shared voicemail box in Webex control hub. We have customers who use notifications device options in a voicemail box to notify on-call engineer as soon as a voicemail is left, after certain times if that voicemail is not acknowledged than a notifications are sent to higher managements. This option is no longer available in Webex and our customers are not happy about it.
