Currently, when a new user completes the onboarding wizard with calling voicemail, they are prompted to change their PIN and record their name, but not their greeting.
Once you get into your mailbox, it says that option 3 is is for the greetings menu, but once you go into that menu, it's just for recording your name.
The three greetings (busy, no answer and holiday) are under option 1, to listen to messages, and then it gives you the option to do greetings.
These three greetings should be moved under the greetings menu. Also, the no-answer greeting should be offered to record during the on-boarding process.
Lastly, an option to use the no-answer greeting for the busy greeting as well, it should be user selectable.
