Add custom comment field to scheduled diagnostic scans

I think it would be useful to be able to add a custom comment or tag to a scheduled diagnostic scan. In the attached image, there are only two scans configured, but if you have many configured (I don't know if there is a maximum), it could be confusing to know the target objects without editing each one Having this comment section would allow a user add info to more quickly determine which scan they would like to view/change.
