Change update frequency of Crash Risk under Insights

Currently the "Crash Risk" section under Insights appears to only update at a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 1 year. If you resolve an issue that is identified under this section, you have to wait for at least 1 month before the data will be updated.

To improve this functionality, please consider the following:

  1. Tie "Crash Risk" update interval to that of the Data Collection (from DNAC) so they are in sync.

  2. Add a manual update button under "Crash Risk" so that if you resolve an "issue" on a device, you can get immediate results.

    1. Alternatively, this could be tied to a Diagnostic Scan so that the when you scan a device, the "Crash Risk" widget also gets updated.
